What's that about? He already 'rose' two films ago. With the title they're only trying to ride on the previous movie's popularity. Which is smart, okay I'll give it that, but still lame. They should've named it something else, and therefore it deserves to end up lower than it's predecessor.

But anyway .

Whatever.

Its still better then most sequels where all they do is slap a different number at then end of the name.
