He is not just talking about 3ds alone.. he is talking about handheldS overall... which include the vita....
he is probably thinking that even if 3ds would sell MORE... the handhell industry is still not doing very good versus before when smart phone doesnt exist.... but hey! i eat Pachter for breakfast
