This thread sounds a little to me like fanboy territory. Darksiders is not a rip off of Zelda. First of all, the storylines are quite different.
Second of all, I don't think Link has the ability to pick up cars and throw them at giant enemies.
Third, don't criticize a game unless you've actually played it. It's not hard to guess that at least half the people calling Darksiders a rip-off haven't even played it long enough to know what it is.
Just because you see an Action/Adventure game with some puzzle elements, doesn't mean it's a clone of Zelda.
Been away for a bit, but sneaking back in.
