What I really hate is the escort quest. I've spent e entire game becoming unstoppable and learning to fear nothing, and then you make me shuffle along behind this helpless person who always dies.
Similar: whenever my speed is reduced for any reason. Shuffling along in the final level of ME3 was no fun.
Things like vehicle segments, however, I enjoy. It adds some variety, especially to first person shooters. But a 'skip' button wouldn't be amiss.
