3DS touchscreen flickering? Backlight flickering? Vertical flickering lines?

I do see some shades of the left/right eye's screen with the opposite eye when there is a dark background next to a bright one. It's pretty hard to explain, but let's just say that my 3D effect has had some minor issues since i bought it.

I haven't heard about your problem though.
