Now, they could still get all the advantages of early releases for map packs and expansions. With all due respect that does not make any sense. The short term advantage of gaining access to information from dev kits would be completely blown out of the water by the advantage of taking away one of the biggest 3rd party developers from Sony. If MS bought Activision it would be business as usual at all the Activision developers, save one thing, no more Sony or Nintendo ports.
