There's slight differences with the "clones"...Wolf is very different from Fox and Falco...even though he still uses a landmaster. His regular A attack moves are all completely different from Fox, and his B moves all have differences too.
Ness and Lucas are pretty similar with their B and A moves, but there's still differences. Ganondorf and Captain Falcon are similar, but Ganondorf is so much slower and stronger, it doesn't really matter, they're very different fighters in the end. And Link and Wind Waker Link have very similar moves...but again, WW Link is much faster, with his running speed and his attacks come out much faster.
