Season 2 alone is fine, it just feels like were starting a new story and theres some backstory that will be filled in with time. I do dislike the amount of characters as it messes up with the pacing. Gives a LOST(loved the show) problem. Where one week we follow one group of people and the next week a different group. A time skip of a year would be fine but just don't make it so long so we feel like we missed out on so much. |
Yes, you're right. I actually have a feeling Young Justice was going to get cancelled. The art quality and animation is very good, but looks very expensive. It's as good as those movie's DC has been pumping out. The decision for this time warp happened half way through the first series' airing so I'm guessing merchandise sales were weak as I'm assuiming ratings were high. Plus they rebranded the show, which is never a good sign. I'm guessing season 2 was planned for later seasons, or to ease the characters into what this season currently is, and Weisman had used a time skip to get to there. Very dissapointing. I love Lost too by the way, best show I have ever watched.
