Two obvious ass questions that people took surprisingly too long to ask!

All you have to do is look at the highest of the high of PC games graphically like Metro 2033 or Crysis 2 at MAXED OUT levels and realize nothing is going above that on a console for a fair amount of time.
I believe Kraftwerk released a music video in like 1986 with advanced graphical model features and such...which the N64 did not healthily replicate until 10 years later.

Graphics have obviously advanced by boatloads since then, but the theory still remains. The 720 & PS4 will not be able to physically dwarf the Wii U's graphical capabilities in the same matter that occurred this generation at all. It is too expensive, and the cost of that kind of power is not only unsustainable, it hasn't even HAPPENED YET!!!

I could understand if there is some government supercomputer out there, on some Eagle Eye shit, that makes Crysis 2 look like PacMan, but there is not! The leap taken this gen was already too far forward. Maybe in 2020, all the strength that people are dying to have in the Playstation 4 will actually be capable, but not in 2013. Please.

Crysis 2 (and many other games) on PC dwarfs the Wii U graphically. In fact, Crysis 1 does as well. Therefore, the technology exists to dwarf the Wii U in graphics, and has existed since 2007. To suggest that the PS4 and 720 cannot be as powerful as a computer released six years before them is pretty ludicrous.
