It's pokemon. It could release on the Game Boy and it'd still sell millions.
Anyway, MH4 will outsell it, but that's next year. I guess it's up to DQX and NSMB2 now, but I doubt any of them will do it.

Guys, DQX probably won't sell 500k LTD. It's an MMO, comparable to FFXI. Don't call it a flop when it releases!
And NSMB2 will outsell it this year. I don;t think Pokemon will have its usual legs. It probably won't reach 4 mil.. maybe 3 mil LTD

DQX will easily do 500k. Probably 1.5mil LT I reckon.

Preorders haven't been that strong. FFXI the mmo did around 150k LTD back in 2002. While it may improve on that most probably, it's still a long shot from 1 mil. MH3G is a bit comparable, but it at least had single player mode. So it should do something in between MHtri and FFXI imo, more to FFXI side

MH3G isn't a good comparison. It's a single player game with co-op stuff. DQX is a pure and simple MMO. One is also on handhelds the other on consoles. Really the only good comparison is FF11.
Monster Hunter Frontier could also be used. As it was a full MMO. Only problem is that it was on 360 so sales were obviously lower. Had a first week of 89k though.

Which is basically what I said. Yeah, MH Frontier would be a good and recent example, and I think it should at least double those numbers. It did around 130k LTD which is pretty decent actually
