When I confront Nintendo haters in real life, they seem pretty pathetic accusing Nintendo. Someone said that Sony is obviously going to beat Nintendo because they have blu-ray. Another person said that Sony wins because the PS3 has the cell processor which is an equivalent to an 8 core processor.
Blu-ray has many problems and high density DVD's are becoming better than blu-ray's. There's also the fact that each of those cores in the PS3 are relatively weak compared to the normal core and a modern dualcore can easily out perform the PS3's processor.
In real life, when you say these things to them, they deny any solid proof you have that they are wrong. However, in real life, Nintendo haters cannot deny the success Nintendo has at making games that appeal to a much broader audience and don't bash them for it like people online do. There also a lot more people who don't classify their gaming as Nintendo, Sony, or Microsoft but rather the as the specific games themselves.
