MIB 3 is closing in on $600 million at the world wide box office so it will make a profit. The Amazing Spider-Man should be able to make at least that much also but I doubt it really has to make that much since it will make a tons of money on merchandising. When it comes to merchandising it will probably make the second most money behind The Avengers when it comes to movies released in 2012.
