Issues with ads slowing down areas of the site from loading

Hey guys, it would appear that certain ads are causing some divs in the page to stop loading or take lots of time to load.

• The hot topic section appears black and I can't navigate its links.
• The thread posts don't load beyond the first set of thumbnails for the external news items.
• In a reply, similar to the previous item, it takes forever for the rich-text editor to load after the html populates in the post text area.

This started happening today.
