Ummm a lot. Almost everything on PSN was inspired by XBL; including achievements, PSN games, background downloads, voice chat, etc. Not that it's a bad thing mind you. Almost everything now adays is inspired by something.

Pretty clear psn games were inspired by acade games on xbl.
