Ive got Fifa 12 mate, and its not too bad. All the teams,players and kits are fully liscened (via an update after the game has been booted up) Some decent content for a footie handheld game (inc a street kickabout). Its graphically better than the Wii versions and it plays at a slower pace than most footie games,enabling you to knock the ball about a bit. The defences are also difficult to break down thus feeling rewarding when you do breach it and there is an option to do a quick shot when in range of goal by using the touchscreen. The latter seems a bit clumsy at first but when you get used to it, it becomes a very useful asset and you will be pinging shots into the roof of the net in no time. Hope this helps :)
