-Uncharted 4 is coming during the next console. Naughty Dog didnt want to over do it and besides the Uncharted 4 couldn't have a large graphical leap on the PS3 any longer so the next will be on the PS4. 

-God of War: 1 & 2 came out on the PS2, 3 and the prequel are on the PS3.

- There is no little big planet 3, at least not yet. Little big planet Karting is it.

Now let us count properly:

Three Uncharteds 

Three Resistance titles

One Killzone

 

This is called burning out franchises. 

Two Killzone titles. Three InFamous titles, but thats not all that bad.

Thats DLC. DLC's dont count as full games. Look at Halo ODST, that was going to just be DLC, but they turned it into a full game since the story lasted around six hours. InFamous 3 is coming next gen for sure. Can't wait to play it with a graphics overhault! :)

But you can Download without buying the other InFamous games right?

You don't need it, but that makes it easier for people who no longer have the game. Look at Gears of War Shadow of Raam or Red Dead Redemption Undead Nightmare which need the games but are much longer than the InFamous DLC. They are sending a clear message that they want you to keep the game around. This is why DLC is so rampant these days.
