They will probably talk about Pokemon Black and White 2 and the Pokemon 3DS apps. I wont expect any news about Shin Megami Tensei IV because supposedly the first trailer will come with Soul Hackers, imo no Monster Hunter 4 either because of that CAPCOM event.
