I bet none of the others consoles fanbase are going to bring this and the Assassin's Creed 3 difference into a conversation about how strong the Wii U is. They will likely just cling to leisurely interpreted Arkham City differences.

…a whole new expansion with new levels and gameplay elements, as well as plenty of minor improvements to the original content like extra voice samples, subtle changes to the level geometry and smoother animations.
