I don't know why anyone would want graphics that are vastly superior to say, Battlefield 3. If Nintendo has the ability to go beyond that with their next system, just add their excellent game design and you will have titles that are more mind blowing than any PS4/XB3 title.
Iwata is right, more power than this would not be necessary... or at least not if you are able to provide content without it...
