In terms of Tokyo Game Show, Nintendo held a seperate conference....where they announced Monster Hunter Tri-G.....and soon followed it up with Monster Hunter 4.
E3 last year was pretty dull, infact maybe a bit more dull than this years. Sony had decent showing Uncharted 3 being the crown jewel... Nintendo just talked about the stronger 3DS titles they had and the Wii U controller, and microsoft was doing what microsoft has been doing for the past three years....which is a pretty dull event.

Well other projects were announced like Dragon Quest Terry, and Flying Fairy, but really that title just stole the whole damn show.
