Instead of piling on a bunch of shovelware, how bout Nintendo pile on a bunch of good PC games that have been missed over the years. Anything over the past ten years. A bunch of strategy would be nice. Also the PC has a lot of options, so this would go a long ways. That would mainly be in download form unless they sold it for cheap in disc form.

90 percent of shovelware needs to be in app/game form. Do not waste consjmers time and money making them spend anything over 5.99 for a shovelware title. The other ten percent is for shovelware that's actually mildly fun.

As for games:

Starcraft 2 - strategy games seem like they would be easier to manage with a touch screen.

Give the conduit another try now that it has the wii pad to help it out.

The Last of Us- The Wii U can handle it, and that behind the back view would come in handy.

You're mistaken if you think The Last of Us can be played on the WiiU. There is no denying WiiU can run current gen multiplatform games. But PS3 exclusives are something else, they're in a whole different league. Optimized for the PS3 console, they utilize th3 C3ll processor to its fullest.
