I don't think it'll have any difficulty.
People see the tablet and think of the iPad. They likely have a Wii (everyone has one FGS) so the other attachments will make no difference.
Sure, it may make a few months to really find its feet and differentiate itself, like the 3DS, but when it does, it'll be too late for Sony and Microsoft.
