Well then.  Keep them in separate instances. i.e. open a whole new Chrome and login to account B. This way one is only A and one is only B.

For even better results, use account A in Chrome and account B in Firefox.

And if you're not using it already, get the LastPass addon. It is the best thing ever to happen to user account control.
