There shouldn't be any modern PC games you can't run, you may not be able to max out deamnding games at 1080p 60fps. But on most console ports and less demanding games you should get close, even with that GPU.
With a GPU upgrade some time in the future you will probably be good for 99% of games for the nex 4+ years.
