I think you overestimate the importance of it somewhat... and how does E3 influence world currency markets?

The more people buying and loving Sony products the better.

Hopefully in time the exchange rates will get better.

That is the problem, and nothing in E3 will change the television sales or people enjoying Bravia over Samsung and Sharp.
