The hardcore gamer hates Nintendo.
To them Nintendo represents everything wrong with the gaming industry.
They introduced the motion control craze, they have the gimmicky worthless and underpowered Wii, They have nothing but kiddy franchise that can't be taken seriously and no self respectin mature gamer would play.
This is what the Hardcore think of Nintendo. Nintendo is a malignant cancer that is infecting the gaming industry with their vile games. Nintendo is poisen to these people and to play or even acknowledge Nintendo is a crime to gaming. They'll always hate Nintendo because it's the cool thing to do.
