It could be perfect for some games, cumbersome for others, neither better nor worse for others, but this independently from whether they are casual, core or hardcore.

I can imagine it could be great for gambling local multiplayer games (but each player would need one), for RTS and RPGs, for bike racing sims (allowing to have the dashboard between the hands to add realism , while the main screen could be entirely available to have a better and wider view of the track).
Very good for casual flight sims (but realistic ones would still be best with joystick, pedals and multiple monitors, but maybe such flight sims will always remain PC-only).
Cumbersome and almost useless for FPS and fighters (the screen could be good for combos shortcuts, but the size of the controller would be a con nullifying the pros during the fastest actions), not realistic, so not offering great advantages for car racing sims, but good for arcade racers.
Great for games ported from DS and 3DS if anybody will ever make them.
