I was wondering what were your thoughts about the future of TLOZ on Wii U. What improvements could we see?
- Graphics? (cell shading, realistic, paint-like, metallic)
- Game lenght? (Longer adventure)
- Game depht? (Open world forest/desert/mountain/castle/dungeon)
- Gameplay? (Inventory management, 1st person view through the controller, treasure detection, map overview)
- Overall experience?
Since Zelda is one of the most beloved franchise from Nintendo, I have no doubt this game will be awesome, and they will use all the power the machine can provide as they often do with their AAA IPs.
My best case scenario would be a realistic zelda but very colorful, with zome funny (but serious) character design that makes Zelda games so enjoyable. We could walk into an open forest. With all the HD textures, tree shadows, waterfall noise, birds' tweeter, horse riding, day/night cycle. We could go into various cities and do side-quests, buy weapons, train, do minigames.
I just can't wait for a new Zelda, I'm sure it will be a real success. But for now, discuss.
