PAL charts wk 3 2008

I have updated Germany charts in my precedent post, with the top all formats. As usual, we have differences with the top i give previously: wii play and mario party DS appears in this new top (without good reasons, but the mistake is probably in the fisrt top i give, where these games never appear), singstar apres ski is not at the same rank, because the two version of the game are not count together.
