You dont care, thats fine, but I doubt that only 25% of gamers would have access to this. Lets be honest, gamers in general tend to select their internet provider, so they get the best connection possible. So for the crowd they would aim, I would say that close to 90% would have fast enough nety speed for this to be a possibility
