Should we create a seperate Forum for: Elimination, Voting, and Review Threads?

Unfortunately making yourself obvlivious to the problem doesn't solve said problems addressed in this thread.

These sorts of poll threads, and title abuse threads need to be pushed into separate forums so people can filter them out.
