That bothers me too. Whenever someone says, "I could care less," I always try to find a way to say, "I couldn't care less," to subtly show the correct usage.
It also kills me how people say "seen" when they mean "saw." Example: "I seen Dave at the store today." Even worse are people who use "says" instead of "said." Example: "So I says to Dave..."
It also bothers me when people call every yellow flying insect a "Bee," or when people say, "I need to itch a scratch", instead of "...scratch an itch."
Oh and the word, "ain't" should be illegal.
