That sucks about the movie, you'd hope she'd be understanding about that. You really should have avoided saying this one though:
"So the arguing started. I told her that I just rejected the invitation of my best friends yesterday."
I know where you're coming from, but there was no way saying that was going to end well. At the end of the day though it's just an argument over a very minor household chore. It happens all the time, you both just need to take a step back and relax.
I'd suggest you decide which household jobs you each do and leave it at that. Basically, only one of you should be responsible for the balcony, one for laundry, one for cooking etc. Maybe you already do that but if you don't then it's a good idea to start as it stops a lot of arguments before they begin.
Instead you just get the odd moan when you don't do what you're supposed to, but you can always moan back when she doesn't do what she's supposed to
