My personal favorite Halo of course. Then some other favorites would be Gears of war, Left4Dead2, Unreal Tournament, Assassin's Creed, GTA4, and Call of Duty 4. Other games I don't play like Uncharted, WoW, Counterstike (Do plan on Getting GO), City of Heroes/Villans, Battlefield, and Arma2(wanna play that Dayz mod).
