. And there are no worthy replacements on the market right now :-/True. If I was Shulk, I'd choose Melia over Fiora. I just prefer Melia overall as a character. I think she deserved it, and the game should have given you a choice.
Melia may have lost her family and her friends, but at least they weren't trying to kill you, kill your sister and try to destroy the world, forcing you to kill them. And he wrecked his arm, having to watch Shulk be the hero he never could be. Every character, bar Riki, lost a lot in the game. I like that.
And I suppose you're right about not replaying it. I enjoy re-doing games like this after a break for a while. Because the story still seems new, and you can do so much differently, you uncover new secrets each time. For example, this playthrough I'm liking Reyn a lot more than the first time. Who knows if this will continue...
