Apropos of nothing, I have a headache all of a sudden. No idea why I'm bringing it up here.
If all you're asking for is how that would be possible on a technical level, a half second of thinking about it says "download codes," which is how you get games from Club Nintendo, are going to get them from retail, how I assume reviewers get them ahead of time, blablabla.
But of course, that's not why you're asking, so go ahead and make your point. All I ask if that you afterwards think about whether words have an actual meaning and, if so, what "confirmed" means.
