The game does look interesting actually, and it sounds like they are doing some new things which is nice, though I do always enjoy my yearly dose of CoD (+ lots more game time through the year)
Having said that, why bother pre-ordering now? Wait to see what lovely special editions there are, and also to find a better deal!
