They'll be back. They always come back. Machina, when TLG releases and Seece, when nextbox releases. Curious that both decided to leave at the same time, though. It's as if Machina leaving caused Seece to leave.
Im gonna post something regarding staff too, this seems like the perfect place - You guys need to hire some more people.
With the upcoming split leaving VGChartz as a pure sales-related site, you only currently have trunks doing Sales content on the main site (other than Brett's numbers). Seece and Source were both on that team... One of them just left and the other lost his job for "unknown" reasons. Seece did some cool stuff on the forums that hardly anyone else does, Source did excellent writeups for the main site, from the JP preview to the FY articles.
Again, with the upcoming split I think you will need to hire 2, maybe 3 new mods. Under the VGC "Moderators" page, there are 8 mods. ioi doesn't do much modding and twesterm/sega4life aren't very active. All in all, you have 5 active mods and 3 not-so-active mods. I think we could use more to cut out the shitty trolling from certain users.
