Agree with the write up. Im 32 and typing this on my IPad 3rd gen. I use it primarily for work, but also play Real Racing 2 etc when wife is watching tv. Although some AppStore games are very fun, when the wiiu comes out, there's little chance my iPad will win over playing a first party Nintendo game. iPad will overall have more non gaming uses, but I foresee myself making less AppStore game purchases when wiiu arrives.
