This "leak" is just a fanboy dream.

Solstheim was big, I could see them doing this. Cyrodiil might only be the imperial city, but imagine how big that city could be compared to it from Oblivion. Morrowind might just be that northwest corner where the Cyrodiil border is impassable and the south is a constant ash storm making travel impossible. I dont know what the hammerfall approach would be. Maybe an oasis type land cut off by the desert you aslo cant pass thru.

Like the ice storm in the main quest, where you need to shout your way through ?
