Can't remember seing a vagina even though I know you're talking about the tent scene.
Short summary (I'm at the beginning of Chapter 2):
Great graphics and well polished, interesting story but like Mass Effect you have no clue what's going on at the beginning if you haven't played the previous game.
Gameplay is good but not great. It really takes some time to accustom yourself to the controls, but overall I have to say that swordplay could have been done better (still 1000x times better than what the original Witcher offered)
