Sonic Team was one of the few third parties to actually push the Wii hardware. Sonic & the Secret Rings was one of the best looking launch window games, and Sonic Unleashed/Sonic & the Black Knight/Sonic Colors all look awesome on the system.
But yeah, there's only a handful of non-1st party developers that really pushed the system.
