I'm no saint, but a "tit-for-tat" philosophy is just not a good idea here.
If nothing else, staying calm while someone else loses it puts you on the high ground AND makes the fight end sooner AND makes people side with you. Isn't that much better than insulting Legend11's mom?
On the plus side, I think you're not entirely serious about this because you DIDN'T insult his mom, nor was the insult you did fling as defamatory as his. But I wanted to say that anyway.
