Suda 51 still without a Wii U dev kit

Suda and Mikami probably had a xbox dev kit for Killer 8, but Capcom decided that they didn't want to port the game over to it, so it was only on GC and PS2. I doubt that he will never develop anything for it. The only thing I know is that I need to play his games (and need to buy Shadows of the Damned too.)
