You can, and with these final pure white/black world tendency events coming up you should be able to get it easy. I've always said that the plat on the engilsh version of demons souls is substantially easier since you don't have to mess around with world tendency, just wait for an atlus event. 

Cool. Hopefully the European servers are still open so I can look out for an event.
