Well first of all I'd like to see the return of:

then....maybe

Geno from Super Mario RPG, but I don't see that happeneing...

A faced Mechon from XenoBlade

Shulk from XenoBlade

Ridley, or Meta Ridley, from the Metroid Series or

Issac from Golden Sun.

However I don't think that Nintendo will bring back any one of these characters with the exception of Shulk. However a Mecheon would be cool, or maybe an actual Pokemon from a currect Pokemon game if not Mewtwo. Trainer Red is silly.
