Why? Android is the best.
When I had an iPhone, I couldn't download pdf's...well it would give me 2 pages, regardless of how many there are. On my Android I can read PDF's and actually get work done on the subway without having to lug around my laptop.
Also multi-tasking, I always do multiple things on my android, when I had an iphone, you could only do two things at once, play music and load a single app. I hated it.
Also the apps, why can't I just download my app off the internet and install it? If there is a song I like, why can't I download it directly onto my phone? Why must everything be done through iTunes. I also remember it was a real b***h trying to play avi files on my iPhone, and it involved converting them. I want to post my workout or DVD on my phone, I can do it on my Android.
Also the MP3 player is just better. I can make a playlist directly on my phone, delete songs, download new ones, and rename them all on my phone, couldn't with iPhone.
I also really like playing emulators for games I own. I love the GBA and PS1 generation and I like how I can play GBA and PS1 emulations on my Android.
but this isn't about why Apple sucks, this is my MS sucks....well for the same reasons as above. Without custom apps, your limited in what you can do.
Also I like Symbian, it's old and dated but hey you can get good games free on that, and again, emulators work, you can edit your music as you play it, and it's got the basic apps.
I rate it Android >> Symbian >>>>WP7>iOS....but iOS gets cool free games, but do you really need a $600 phone to pay a particular $4 game? Emulator is a better route.
