Uh, yes? The correct answer to that calculation is not determined, so both answers are actually right since it can be any of them :P

Actually, according to order of operations, the answer is 9.

The order of operations also says that you should calculate parentheses (which the number 2 in this case is part of through multiplication) before divisions.

But the parantheses here are synonymous with multiplying, therefore implying that they should be done after the division.
