It could be. Like that video said, we know that the GPU will be based on the R700 series, and the latest rumors suggest that the chip inside will be based on the HD 4850. However, being that the 4850 is still unconfirmed, the guy in the video chose to go more conservative and use the HD 4770 chipset as the basis for comparison. Even with that, WiiU would outperform the PS360 in both GPU and CPU.
