I've said on these boards before that we really don't need to worry about the power of the U. We know that the CPU is a Power7-based CPU with three cores, 2 SMTs per core, has three times as much eDRAM on die as the 360 CPU and is an Out of Order Execution processor.
We know that the U will have anywhere between 1-2GB of RAM (my guess would be 2GB of DDR3 with the eDRAM on the CPU and GPU taking care of bottlenecks, although current leaks have suggested 1.5GB of RAM without naming the type). Even if it only has 1.5GB of RAM we're still talking 3 times as much memory as both the PS3 and 360.
We know that the GPU is a modern Radeon HD with 32GB of eDRAM on die, again, 3 times as much as the GPU in the 360...and the GPU is at least two generations ahead of the GPUs in the PS3 and 360 meaning that it's going to have Shader Model 4.1 support compared to the 3.0 support that the Xenon and RSX have.
Even if we take what we know of the CPU, GPU and RAM out of the equation all you need to do is look at the Zelda and Japanese Garden tech demos to know that the U is more powerful than both the PS3 and 360. Both demos are beyond anything that the PS3 and 360 are capable of on one screen let alone two at the same time.
You really don't need to worry about the power of the U, seriously.
